  • please be mindful we also have bpd and that affects our system alot and how a lot of the alters fuction

  • We might ask the same questions or repeat the same thing a lot due to our poor memory so please dont be aggressive about it

  • DO NOT try labeling our alters or ask whats our role. Stuff like 'gatekeeper', 'persecutor', etc. We do not label our alters and we do not want to as we don't find them helpful for our system so respect that or go away.

  • Avoid being weird about introject sources. (Don't talk about how you hate the source around us. Or if you are attracted to it. Ask questions to us about it like 'if we remember anything', etc. Its super weird and intrusive)

  • Questions about our system/our experience with DID are okay, but we might choose to not answer too.

  • Try avoiding nsfw jokes in general unless you've been told we're okay with it. PLEASE SPECIALLY avoid trying to twist anything we say into something nsfw/sexual its a heavy trigger for most of us.

  • Avoid lying to me in general, id prefer either just be told directly whats going on or just get a 'sorry I cant answer that' than just being lied to

  • Don't make fun of us talking about our interests unless im close to you and you know what jokes im ok with
